What are a few insights I’ve had over the past decade working with individuals and teams across cultures and in a variety of businesses? I believe that for people to progress in life and in work - we must be able to bring our whole-selves to the table. For success in our teams and organizations, it’s key to create a culture where people feel safety & trust, and where we can bring our whole-selves to work.
Businesses spend billions on leadership-based programs, and a bulk of these funds are spent on Leadership Training. With your current leadership, perhaps the focus is about developing them, rather than training them. Self-reflection helps to capture learnings & insights and with practice, can help us respond and create more positive future outcomes. These learnings turn into knowledge, which can then be applied to our future experiences. We can consciously practice desirable mindsets (growth), actions and outcomes. These insights are fundamental to our lifelong learning journey.
